WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Every wedding will be covered by two photographers to ensure that you receive a wide range of photographs. All the prices shown below include a free pre-wedding consultation in your own home, your proof pictures on a password-protected web gallery for 3 months and the facility to purchase prints on line.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY
Our fully-equipped mobile studio enables us to bring the photography to you in your own home, helping to provide a relaxed, comfortable and familiar environment which is particularly helpful when we are photographing children and families. The sitting fee covers up to two hours of photography and there is no restriction on the number of poses or people to be photographed. All edited photographs will be placed on a password-protected web gallery usually within 48 hours of the sitting. Prints can be ordered on line direct from the gallery.

PARTIES AND GROUPS
Children’s parties
Up to two hours’ photography. Individual and group photography in a variety of party poses in our portable studio setting. Pictures placed into your own password-protected web gallery usually within 48 hours of the event. Prints can be ordered direct from the gallery. The host/hostess receives a free 10″x 8″ print and each guest receives a free 6″x 4″ print.

Adults parties
Up to three hours’ photography. Formal and informal photography as required. Pictures placed on password-protected web gallery usually within 48 hours of the event. Prints can be ordered direct from the gallery. Host/hostess receives a free 10″x 8″ framed print.

NURSERY, PRE-SCHOOL, SCHOOLS AND OTHER LARGE GROUP PHOTOGRAPHY
There is no charge for the photography and we will pay a handling commission based on the value of orders received. We will bring our portable studio to your chosen location and take a selection of different poses for each child. A pack containing proof prints, a price list and an order form will be supplied to the organiser for each child photographed, usually within two weeks of the photography taking place. We will collect orders by arrangement and deliver all orders, individually packed, to the organiser, usually within three weeks of receiving the order. Special discounted packages start from £15 and there is no obligation to buy. The rate of commission will be agreed in advance and will reflect the number of children to be photographed.
CORPORATE AND EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
High resolution pictures supplied on DVD. Prints can be supplied as part of a package at discounted prices – please contact us for details.

CANVAS PRINT PRICES
All our canvas prints are gallery quality and stretched on deep stretcher bars. The picture is continued on each side to enable them to be hung without an external frame (if you wish to mount the canvas into an external frame we can supply thinner stretcher bars as a special order on request). All canvasses are supplied complete with a hanger.

ALBUMS
We can supply a wide range of albums complete with photographs of your choice. Prices depend on size and quality and we will be pleased to quote for your requirements. We offer traditional albums with prints mounted onto the pages or modern digitally-printed albums in book form (often called “coffee table” or “magazine style” albums). These are produced by world-respected Graphi Studio, based in Italy. The examples below reflect just some of the choices available and include our popular mini albums which are ideal for pocket or handbag.

GENERAL
There is no minimum order value but a £2.50 packing/delivery charge will be made on all orders totalling under £30
A postage/delivery charge will be made on all orders for delivery outside the UK. Please contact us for details.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 21 days of receipt but there may be occasions beyond our direct control that will result in a longer delivery time. Where this is likely to occur we will make every effort to advise you by telephone or email where these details are held by us.
Payment for orders for prints, canvases, albums and similar items is due at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise in advance.
A £100 deposit is required for all wedding photography bookings at the time of booking. Special local registry office off peak and mid week wedding packages must be paid in full at the latest two weeks before the date of the wedding. For other wedding photography, 50% of the total cost is payable at the latest one calendar month before the date of the wedding. The balance will become payable at the time the pictures are placed on the web gallery or the CD/DVD is delivered.
Where an invoice has been issued for corporate and other bookings, payment must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the invoice except where a longer term has been agreed in advance.
